Delete/Overwrite Save States not deleting ALL previous state files

Deleted and overwritten save states (Manually saved or Autosaved) is not deleting all previous state files. A file is getting left behind, though small size, it is able to fill up indefinitely, especially with timed autosaves turned on.

Expected:

All previous save state files removed when deleted/overwritten.

Actual:

Looks like 1 of the 3 files per save state is getting left behind.

Reproduce:

1. Save a state, or let autosave stack up until it passes its limit(5, atm)
2. Delete a state, or overwrite it… manually, or let autosaves overwite
3. Look for file remnant from previous save(s), via Files app

NOTES

Tested without iCloud beta on, and with. Affecting both.
