Describe the feature

Crafting monitors can emit redstone signal when it is crafting. Or when measured by comparators, outputs crafting progress in signal strength.

Reasons why it should be considered

Crafting monitors sole purpose now is for us to visualize the crafting process. But it can be more useful. AE2 doesn't have a way of notifying us when the ordered crafting is completed, or which of the crafting CPUs are available. By adding this feature, players can have a way of being notified when a order is finished, or even some advanced redstone automation control. E.g., do *** (turn off / on the high power generator automatically) when crafting is finished / started.
