Fluid storage bus could not read fluids in other networks properly.

Describe the bug Fluid storage bus could not read fluids in other networks properly. When using interfaces and fluid storage buses, the net can't read the fluids correctly.

0.55.23b To Reproduce

Build two networks. The bug happens from time to time, often happens when it extract and insert the fluid to the other net at the same time. Amount of the fluid is like only calculate the amount it inserts to the net, but not consumes it took from that net.

Expected behavior

Everything should work fine.

Using it to do gregtech automation single player world fluid crafting for ae2 installed This thing may also because I used storage bus towards GT input hatches.
