Incorrect BOM?
I could not see any hardware BOM info in the repo. Therefore I have exported a hardware BOM from KiCad but I believe there are some errors. For example the NCP1117ST50T3G
voltage regulator is specified as a 5V unit but the ESP will require 3.3V. Also There is a micro USB and SD card listed on the BOM which are not on the design! Have you got an up-to-date corrected BOM I could use to populate the Wifi Pixel?
Update: I Release the WS2812B LED's will required 5V

The Micro USB and SD card was added to the last revision of the design(Not needed if you are going to power externally). It allows you to run the the WifiPixel from a normal USB cable. SD is not needed but I added it for future needs where you could save files on it that the WifiPixel could play back saved animations.
What version of the board do you have?
I stopped making these after hand assembling 50 of them. Was very timely to do... Things have changed now and I now have a Pick and place that will assemble these very easily..
The design files and gerbers on the site do not include the micro USB. Nice addition btw!
Are you planning on making these units for sale? I have many customers who would be interested... Including me!

I have the V110 PCB. Have you got a photo of the V130 showing the USB socket?
Hi @glynhudson , I will dig out a few boards on the weekend and post a few updates.
I still have a reel of LED's so it will not be to hard to P&P a few boards. :)
Sounds like a great idea, you have mail :-D
