Tray Popup off screen after update 2.2.0

The system tray popup is not visible on the screen in all updates from 2.2.0 and above. It works fine in 2.1.1. My screen set-up is two 4k monitors on the left and right and a 1440p monitor in the middle, the 4k monitors are at 150% display scaling. The only time I can fully see the popup is when I move the taskbar to the top of my center screen, then the popup appears middle-left on my left monitor.
