HI @behroozbc and thank you for your patience,

Publishing ProtonVPN in Microsoft Store depends on the company. Nevertheless you can still download ProtonVPN from https://protonvpn.com/download

In case your PC is in S mode, you can quit it by navigating to Settings<Apps<Choose where to get apps

Under this section, choose Anywhere.

Thank you in advance.

Hello, could you please submit your Windows app to the Microsoft Store? To make it easier to download, and users did not have to think about updates. With the release of Windows 11, it became possible to submit traditional desktop apps (Win32) in the Microsoft Store, not just UWP - https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-store/desktop-apps/.

I'd prefer to download it from the website it's just one file it's how you download almost every windows application if you've used Windows for a long time you know that something like downloading an app doesn't differ app to app. You learn how to install 1 windows app you can install them all!
