Error connecting to VPN.

Open Wandrewz opened this issue 5 years ago • 6 comments

I am unable to connect through the CLI, but I can connect using manual OpenVPN configs, as well as through the iOS app on my phone. I am using Solus Linux and am on the Plus plan. At first I was getting errors about IPv6, but now it is just giving me the generic "Error connecting to VPN". Here are my logs: connection_logs.txt

Please, reinitialise your profile with sudo pvpn --init and choose N to Decrease OpenVPN privileges.

Ok, did that, still getting the same error.

I have the same issue, i thought it was fixed by the older post about error connecting to VPN but it seems it's still broken, though I am running linux on ChromeOS in chroot so it might be issues with crouton.

Same issue on Solus. Probably related to this? https://github.com/ProtonVPN/protonvpn-cli/issues/185#issuecomment-507722593
