When moving from a 2.2 version of protonvpn-cli to any of the 3.x or higher I cannot seem to push any upload traffic at all, it doesn't matter if I'm using the protonvpn-cli or the protonvpn-gui

This is on Fedora 35. If I revert back to protonvpn-cli-2.2.11-3.fc35.noarch from the Fedora distribution packages things work again. I have tested this with bandwidth sites such as https://librespeed.org/ or trying to upload videos to places like YouTube.

I have also removed the pvpn-ipv6leak-protection that has been know to cause problems as well. via nmcli connection delete pvpn-ipv6leak-protection but it doesn't seem to matter. Using 3.x of the CLI or GUI no upload traffic flows on Fedora, older 2.x versions are just fine.

Am I doing something wrong? The connection endpoint or using TCP or UDP doesn't seem to matter. Is there something inherently different with the 3.x clients that would make things work fine for 2.2.x clients but not the newer ones?
