Support for Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

Hi, I think many people are still on Ubuntu 18.04 and would appreciate it if the Linux App would also support the last generation LTS.

Hey @MartinHahner

Currently there are no plans to port the GUI for ubuntu 18.04 as there are breaking changes on GTK 3.22 -> 3.24 transition.
