Check for localhost at startup

Problem/Need To Be Solved

Some computers (mainly on a desktop environment o dev environment) had no localhost configured. It could be great if at startup of any application it checks for the basic network needs, in this case localhost resolves to 127.0.0.1 or the local main interface.
