Arduino Mega 2560 and MAX30003 issue

I have been trying to get the MAX30003 chip to work with my Arduino MEGA and I have had no luck so far. The connections match the steps and I have downloaded the GitHub library to the Arduino IDE correctly. After verifying and compiling, it seems to say everything is fine, but I an stuck with "Failed to read ID, please make sure all the pins are connected max30003 read info error"

I would really appreciate some help or direction with the issue, thanks!
