Crash to desktop

I select the com port and then the ADS1292R board that I'm using but when I click start it just crashes to desktop, any ideas? Windows 10 64bit

Have you tried the arduino-plotter example ? Does this issue comes consistently ? what is the arduino library versoin ? Also share the GUI version. Can you please share some screen-shots of openview GUI?
