Create a process for upgrading IPFS

IPFS gets updated frequently and because there is no first major release, we can't easily migrate patches and minors.

Because our code challenges and content depend on IPFS, we can't easily update IFPS.

So I propose to document IPFS usage in ProtoSchool in order to facilitate a more streamlined process for upgrading IPFS. After we have that up-to-date list of API dependencies we can then create a checklist process to upgrade IPFS on PS.

This document should also take into consideration that we will probably need this for libp2p as well considering the upcoming coding tutorial as well.
