The way it works is it only shows up if the user's permissions are overridden on a project, so anyone with default org permissions is collapsed under the org entry....

This is resolved since owners can now be overridden on projects

We're going to add this feature, but we are going to overhaul how notifications work on the backend first. This feature should come to the site soon!

Closing this as a duplicate since implementing the Visible source and Open source badges as discussed in #196 would solve this issue.

I feel like this is effectively solved given the new editor has buttons for formatting and links to our resource on our support site.
