Unit Tests fail because of missing fields: Account.Rating, Account.Sic, Account.Site, Opportunity.TotalOpportunityQuantity

Unsure what is the root cause, but this org doesn't have fields mentioned above.

Possibly because it's a on education cloud and I had to update Query API version to 59 so that objects like AcademicTermEnrollment or AcademicTerm are accessible in apex, but I'm not sure.
