Export from reports

Offer CSV (or others, but CSV is generally acceptable) an export of the data shown in the report to download

Some rudimentary code/thoughts on accomplishing this were discussed in issue #3. With a bit of effort one could write a bookmarklet to run this until it gets added into the full project.
