Clarify Exchange account / personal account distinction

The assets page, although functional, seems to cause quite a bit of user confusion - users don't realize they need to deposit assets before selling them, aren't sure how to withdraw or transfer their assets, and may not know to look on this page to find their existing assets.

I am not sure what UI/UX makes most sense here - maybe this page just needs more explanatory text, maybe a different kind of view would work better. Open to suggestions.
