Fastcraft not working?

I used fastcraft a few months ago and it was working. I came back to the game and noticed it does not work anymore. Is it possible to fix? It just cancels the animation but you still have to wait the time before crafting again.

I am also having this issue. The animation is cancelled but there is a 15 second cooldown between synths.
