[SPELL/MAGE/TALENT] Flameglow

Current behaviour:

Flameglow does not work.

Expected behaviour:

Tooltip:

Protects you with fiery energy, absorbing [SPFI * 0.15] damage from each attack against you (up to a maximum of 30% of the attack).

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Make a Mage
2. Take damage > Spec into Flameglow > see that you take the same damage
