[SPELL/MAGE/TALENT] Temporal Shield

Current behaviour:

Temporal Shield only gives the 15% damage reduction for 4 seconds.

Expected behaviour:

All damage taken while Temporal Shield is active, should be healed back to the Mage over 6 seconds.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Make a Mage
2. Make a Rogue
3. Duel > on the Mage cast Temporal Shield > on the Rogue do damage into Temporal Shield > see that Temporal Shield does not do any healing
