[SPELL/MAGE] Conjure Mana Gem

Current behaviour:

Conjure Mana Gem will correctly generate a Mana Gem with 3 charges, but the Mana Gem will only restore 1 mana.

Expected behaviour:

Mana Gem should restore what the tooltip of it states.

Level 47-49:

Level 50-59:

Level 60-69:

Level 70-79:

Level 80-90:

This is what the tooltips states in-game at all levels, I'm not sure if the values are correct or where they are fetched from.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Make a Mage
2. Cast Conjure Mana Gem > Use Mana Gem > see that you restore 1 mana

Noticed this issue as well. It tried a spellscript (even spell_linked_spell) but for some reason it just wouldn't restore any mana. Might be a deeper issue with the core.
