[SPELL/ROGUE] Fan of Knives v2

Current behaviour:

When Fan of Knives is used on multiple enemies, it gives combo points to a random one of them.

Expected behaviour:

When using Fan of Knives, it should generate combo points on enemy you have as target, no matter who it hits.
