[SPELL/ROGUE] Master Poisoner

Current behaviour:

Master Poisoner does nothing.

Expected behaviour:

Every time you apply a poison to a target, you should also apply Master Poisoner (93068)

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Make a rogue
2. Put on poisons > attack a target > see that you will never apply Master Poisoner (93068)
