[SPELL/ROGUE] Redirect

Current behaviour:

Redirect does not work.

Expected behaviour:

When using Redirect it should transfer existing combo points to targeted target.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Make a rogue,
2. Stack 5 combo points on Target A > Select Target B and use Redirect > see that nothing happens > Select Target A again and see the combo points are still on this target.
