[SPELLS/ROGUE] Cloak and Dagger

Description:

Cloak and Dagger not working

Current behaviour:

Instead of teleporting behind enemy when using Ambush, Garrote or Cheap Shot, instead the range of these spells are just increased by 40 yards.

Expected behaviour:

When using Ambush, Garrote or Cheap Shot you should teleport behind the target and perform the said spell.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Make a rogue,
2. spec into Cloak and Dagger > Cast Cheap Shot> see that it can be cast from 40 yards away, but does not teleport you behind the target.
