[SPELL/ROGUE] Nightstalker

Description:

Nightstalker partially working.

Current behaviour:

Gives the 20% movement speed. Does not give the 50% damage increase.

Expected behaviour:

Should give 50% damage increase while stealthed.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Make a rogue,
2. spec into Nightstalker > Stealth > Ambush > note the damage
3. spec into Shadow Focus > Stealth > Ambush > see the same damage
