[SPELL/DRUID/RESTORATION] Lifebloom

Current behaviour:

Lifebloom duration is not being refreshed by healing spells.

Expected behaviour:

As the tooltip states, Lifeblooms duration should be refreshed by Healing Touch, Nourish and Regrowth.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Make a druid
2. Spec Restoration > cast Lifebloom > Cast Regrowth > see that Lifebloom duration is not refreshed
