[SPELL/WARRIOR/FURY] Single-Minded Fury

Current behaviour:

Single-Minded Fury is always active.

Expected behaviour:

Should only be active when one-handed weapons are equipped.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Make a warrior
2. Take spec Fury > Do damage with 2-handers equipped > note the damage > .unlearn 81099 > do damage with 2-handers again > see that you damage has been decreased, meaning the Single-Minded Fury passive is always active, also when using 2-handers.

Add some logic that checks if the warrior has 1-handers equipped in both main- and off-hand and only then give the passive.
