External event dosent work,when i take a quest with flag externa event dosent complete that quest

Example: i take quest the great escape from Deathstalker Commander Belmont 45312 and i must take it to Lady Sylvanas Windrunner 45525 but when i go to this npc it shows me that the quest is not complete

Also quest http://www.wowhead.com/quest=26616/its-never-over It's never over dosent work because you cant ride Keesha's ReverBoat

Let's start with the original quest. Is there an external event built for this quest? If so, is it a DB event, or a core scripted event? The external event flag is simply to tell the core that this quest WILL be completed by some other means, such as a core script and/or a DB event or SAI event. Chances are there is no event built for, that quest. As for the other quests, please submit a bug report for each quest so we can easily see each one that needs fixed.
