Conquest Week Cap

When you gain rating, your conquest cap must be more no? Like this table: http://img838.imageshack.us/img838/6733/chartt.jpg

The bug is that the cap doesn't increased when you gain rating. Is normal this? I used the command .flusharenapoints of the old week command, but the week cap doesn't increased. I don't know if is a bug.

Fix SMSG_REQUEST_PVP_OPTIONS_RESPONSE and SMSG_REQUEST_PVP_REWARDS_RESPONSE and there you have the conquest weekly cap.
