Clean up MTurk workflow

Brief description of problem/feature

@crescendochu and @iamZhihanZhang are running a new study that will use mturk. The workflow is at least mostly intact still, but there are some small issues, like the total reward amount no longer showing in the right sidebar.

But I'll probably wait a bit to fix it up until we have a better idea of the structure that we're trying to follow.

We are no longer using mturk for this crowd study, so this goes way down on the priority list, but we'll need to do it before we use mturk again, so I'm leaving it open.
