This PR highlights changes from Seaport 1.1 to Seaport 1.2 and is meant to facilitate review and discussion of those changes.

Hi, sorry it took me such a long time to get to this but I didn't see the notification. A lot of the mod has been rewritten so some of this is no longer needed, but there are still a lot of useful bits so I can still merge this if you're fine with that.

If you find use of some of it you can merge those parts, but not sure how compatible they would be with the current scripts
