No graphics displayed

Hi guys,

Running IIS10 Windows Server with SQL Server 2019:

I have Nami running and noticed that no theme graphics (nor any other) are displayed. I checked permissions on the directories and its all fine. Guide here: (https://brudtkuhl.com/blog/wordpress-iis-permissions-updates-permalinks).

It seems to display a black placeholder. I checked a graphic and it displays the loaded theme graphic but only in the settings:

This one is a simple background. When switching themes the same is true for any other theme.

I checked that all plugins are installed and not sure what could cause this behavior?

It was permissions again .... seems resolved. Wish the installer would check for this.
