Dynamically Load IIIF Manifests

Please point me in the right direction. What is the best practice to dynamically load Manifest and even specified images in the manifest? By dynamic, I mean runtime loading. let's say we have a search engine that can search in IIIF Metadata and after any possible match loading manifests(s) to Mirador. Thanks.
