Unable to resize widget to bottom of workspace

Widgets stop resizing about a menubar width above the bottom menu bar. This makes for wasted screen real estate that could be better used.

Also, option for no bottom status bar would be useful, as the only thing that goes there now is the (not very useful) workspace saving message. Then widgets could be expanded to essentially full screen minus the widget's bars and the mirador menu bar.

JChris closed #13 ... but it still seems to be present in, for example, iiif.io/mirador/
