"Master" integration

Once we have integrations implemented, it still would be nice to have a master integrations process that puts them all together. In current PD research practice this is completely manual, and I expect the the deliverable for the code would be in the form of a notebook to walk a researcher through the steps.

I regard this as a "nice to have" feature for now.
