Need: Create Auto results display function in python

To find Auto Results table and formulas, find AutoResults tab in any solution.

Standardized set of graphs and reports for the tracker.

Acceptance criteria: Function that displays auto-results consistent with current excel.

This item would be a follow-on to #304. The set of results displayed on the AutoResults page is important because it is imported in to other tools by Project Drawdown. The displayed graphs are also used for publication. A first approach to this would be to make sure that all the results on the AutoResults page have calculations. Beyond that, we would have to determine in what format the data needs to be exported in order to be used with the other tools.
