As a user, I can see app tool tips in the advance drawers with complex information

Problem: as a user, I want a tooltip that can show me the functionality of the variables I intend to use.

Description: When clicking the help icon, a tooltip should appear with the relevant information

• Look into using an annotation library like https://react-annotation.susielu.com/ for the latter cases
• Feel free to make / propose alterations to the tooltip content and layout that would make implementation easier. Examples could include using numbers or letters to label elements and then defining them in the text.
