Update default workbooks to PDS-1, PDS-2, PDS-3

Problem: We are not displaying the up to date terminology for Drawdown featured workbooks.

Description/ Background: We need to update the Drawdown Featured workbooks to PDS-1, PDS-2, and PDS-3.

The names track as follows: PDS-1 = Plausible PDS-2 = Drawdown PDS-3 = Optimum

Acceptance criteria: As a user, when I view the default workbooks, I should see the names as above (PDS-1, PDS-2, PDS-3)
