How do I install prism?

I see a .dll file, but don't know where to put it. Can anyone help? Thanks!

This project isn't maintained anymore, but I can still help you, although it my knowledge will probably be a bit rusty.

You can add it as a nuget package to your project. Search online for how to add a nuget project, and then when you know how to, search prism API, and install it.
