Add support for archiving similar to NSGA2, to other algorithms as well

Hi,

I needed in my case for NSGA3 and SPEA2, so I thought it would be useful for the other algorithms. I didn't modify the ones that you already had explicitly specified an Archiver.

Hopefully it's useful.
