osrm-extract: change recommended pipeline info text

Issue

As written in #7034 the osrm-extract command recommends to run osrm-contract (CH) but the wiki recommends osrm-partition (MLD). This PR fixes the inconsistency by changing the recommended version to osrm-partiton
