When calculating a route, which speed overwrites the others?

  1. The default speeds of the car profile
  2. The maxspeed data from the osm file
  3. The speed data provided by the real-time traffic and given through --segment-speed-file to osrm-contracts

In the case where all three speeds are available, which speeds are used in routing?
