Modify profiles foot.lua

This is a great project.

I'm a novice modifying profiles, although I'll be using osrm a lot (the default profiles).

If the ride doesn't pass I will mark cycleway=no.

I don't know how to filter out the way with cycleway=no in foot.lua.
