Update Wiki/Traffic docs to mention MLD

As I saw in #5105 and some other issues, It seems the traffic update is supported with MLD algorithm too. However, nothing is mentioned in the wiki/Traffic.

I'd appreciate if you add the notes about how to use the traffic data in MLD algorithm.

Moreover, It's good to mention how to use osrm-datastore in that document for periodic updates.
