Thanks for the request, as the MSD tasks are similar to BTCV training/test, we don't have a plan to duplicate the codebase in the MONAI repo. But maybe we can provide the training hyperparameters for MSD CT tasks.

We don't have a plan to release a separate codebae for MSD to avoid duplication, as it's almost the same with BTCV. May be we can provide some representative hyperparameters for training MSD datasets?

For example: Task03 Liver Tumor and Task07 Pancreas.

May I have the link of the hyperparameters for MSD 07 pancreas?Thanks a lot.I've got some problems on this dataset.For example:the size of the roi and the picture is not match,the original pic is too small for cropping 96.....:(But I successed on BTCV.
