Add Integration test to MONAILABEL + MONAI Bundle Support App

The request related to tests for MONAIBundle app in MONAILABEL.

Thanks for the discussion with @SachidanandAlle and @Nic-Ma , the monaibundle app is released in 0.9.1 created by @SachidanandAlle . In the future work, we will continue maintain and develop features on the current monaibundle app.

With this issue, we will first add tests for the MONAILABEL+MONAIbundle app. Especially for inferences using DeepEdit, Spleen Segmentation, and Segmentation examples.

• [ ] Add integration test folder and code for monaibundle app, add test_infer for inferencing samples use different bundles.
• [ ] Create Inference test with test_segmentation_spleen and test_segmentation with the selected spleen segmentation bundles.
• [ ] Create inference test with DeepEdit bundle.
• [ ] Create inference test with multi-organ segmentation of transformer bundle.
• [ ] Create inference test with the pancreas dints segmentation bundle. ------TO ADD ITEMS with discussion

We will use above existing bundles in Model Zoo for integration tests.
