MONAI Label and OHIF 3
Hi @diazandr3s, @dannyrb and @SachidanandAlle,
I'm from the healthcare department of Robovision and we have a huge interest in using MONAI Label together with OHIF. Is there a plan to increase the functionalities of OHIF (with regards to the 3D capabilities e.g. segmentation)? And combine MONAI Label with the latest version (currently 3) of OHIF?

Thanks for raising this issue. Migrating to OHIF 3.x is part of future roadmap. Currently, we are looking for more contributions from OHIF/OpenSource community to get this migration done.
@SachidanandAlle At OHIF we are also interested in getting MONAI Label to OHIF v3, maybe we can make a NAMIC Project Week project out of it (https://projectweek.na-mic.org/PW37_2022_Virtual/)

That's great.. we can schedule for a discussion and decide how we can proceed on this integration..
Hi, Our team at AstraZeneca are also interested in this. We may be able to have a dedicated full-time resource to do the upgrade. In a nutshell, are you able to describe what the likely changes would be?
I have not dig deep into version 3.. but I think there are significant changes on how the segment is created and managed compared to version 2..
But we welcome if some community members are willing to take this challenge and upgrade the plugin for version 3..
Xnat and Ohif 2 version plugin for Monailabel should be good references for this..

Hey all, we were funded CZI EOSS 5 (https://chanzuckerberg.com/eoss/proposals/enhancing-the-open-health-imaging-foundation-web-medical-imaging-framework/) and some of the scope involves the integration of the MONAI Label in OHIF v3. I wanted to start the discussion and maybe we setup monthly meetings with MONAI team and anyone who is interested. Please let me know who is the correct contact to reach out at MONAI (I only know @diazandr3s)
