OHIF V3 MONAI Plugin: Some images stop loading

Describe the bug OHIF seems to be unstable, it some times load the images but when retrying again / reloading/ opening multiple tabs it hangs. Specially with large images

To Reproduce

1. open multiple tabs
2. in each tab click on different study
3. some will stop loading
4. others will not even start loading
5. get message "something went wrong"

May be it is a setup issue and server should have more threads to respond to multiple requests ?

Is this only happening if you have multiple tabs open? That might be related to your hardware limitation? what is your spec?

Hardware limitation on the server side or the client side ? With more testing, I think it could be a memory issue from the browser. I will try using different browsers chrome, edge, firefox to see it this issue goes away.
