OHIF V3 MONAI Plugin: Click to select segments

In the segmentation panel. currently user need to find the organs/names one by one to select a segment then edit the annotation. When there are hundreds of targets, it will be very hard to find the target and edits.

We may need a "click to select segment" to quickly select an organ segment then edit the annotation with Toolbox.

We are working on such feature internally, it would be a tool that detects the segment underneath and it will make the outline thicker, and you can attach your callback for select to it
